    This position is responsible for the design and creation of web pages and websites for the company and customers. This position is also responsible for maintaining and updating web pages and websites for existing clients and company's web applications.
    (1)Plans, designs, develops, tests, edits, maintains, and documents the look and flow of web pages and websites.
    (2)Communicates with the sales department to determine customer needs and goals.
    (3)Designs a plan for proposed site using combination of graphic and written material, and modifies design as necessary in cooperation with the sales department and customer.
    (4)Creates specifications and estimates of the project and reports to the sales department.
    (5)Creates graphics, Flash animations, and HTML/CSS templates for the web pages using tools and code.
    (6)Deploys the pages to the test server.
    (7)Presents pages to the customers to solicit feedback and modifies pages as needed.
    (8)Troubleshoots any issues on web pages such as cross browser compatibility problems on all major web browsers.
    (9)Develops all projects with a strong foundation on the latest web standards.
    (10)Creates deployment procedures and deploys the web pages to the servers at PSP or delivers the pages to the customer.
    (11)Writes documentation to describe program development, coding and corrections.
  •   応募条件：
    (1)Associate's Degree from a two year college or university, or equivalent from a certified technical college; one to two years of professional web design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    (2)Fluency in CSS, HTML and Javascript with an understanding of cross-browser design issues and a strong foundation in building semantically correct/standards compliant websites.
    (3)Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and an in-depth knowledge of online media production practices, such as web and cross-browser support.
    (4)HP, XML, cakePHP, and knowledge of version control desired.
    (5)Ability to handcode without use of third party applications such as Dreamweaver is preferable.
    (6)Strong knowledge of FTP.
    (7)Knowledge in using Javascript, XSL, and Flash Active if a web page requires dynamic scripts is a plus.
    (8)Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
    (9)Ability to work in a high paced environment.
